Consigliatissimo! Camere accoglienti con vista sull’arcipelago della Maddalena. Tanto verde e bella piscina. A poca distanza dal porto e dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile con la navetta. Colazione sontuosa e cena servita o alla carta. Ottima la Spa, ho fatto un fantastico massaggio relax

If you are thinking about booking this hotel, just do it. It is really charming (in the best sense), in a beautiful location just outside the town with stunning views. Staff could not have been more helpful, with a lovely welcome on arrival.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on two occasions, the service and food was amazing. The view when we stepped outside the room (along the road) was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing, with a really broad selection of gorgeous foods, especially pastries, as well as an omelette station. The pool area is really sheltered with comfortable beds.

Palau itself is a lovely spot to visit, although very difficult to find somewhere to have lunch if you are not on the early side of lunch / do not have a reservation (and restaurant staff are quite rude in turning you away).

The hotel was helpful in making dinner reservations for us which can be difficult to get at peak times.

Highly recommended this hotel.

Siamo stati in questo hotel 4 stelle quattro notti ad agosto. Location non troppo comoda per visitare Palau in quanto dista 700 metri ma da percorrere sulle alture a ridosso del paese. Dettaglio non ben descritto nelle informazioni della struttura che, se non conosci la zona, non si percepisce...Qualità del servizio all'arrivo non all'altezza, lento confusionario e non molto educato...buona la posizione della camera affacciata alla piscina e vicina al ristorante ma veramente piccola...di buon livello la qualità del ristorante anche se il servizio così-così.
Siamo andati nella spiaggia convenzionata della sciumara un solo giorno, ma non la consiglierei...bel mare ma ventoso (forse siamo stati sfortunati) e spazio dedicato angusto...l'hotel è ben posizionato per visitare la maddalena e la zona se si ha l'auto, servizio navetta troppo con solo qualche viaggio al giorno....insomma soddisfatti a metà!!!!

Chambre standard vraiment standard mais très propre, cadre superbe, accueil et personnel très agréable surtout au restaurant ou l'on a profité une semaine d'une excellente cuisine fraîche, locale et très variée.
Surtout au buffet du petit-déjeuner !

Très bon séjour dans le nord de cette île magnifique. Voiture indispensable!

Réserve une chambre avec vue sur mer, on arrive et au surprise un placard à balais nous attendait! Une petite lucarne en guise de fenêtre, effectivement penché et sur la pointe des pieds, on voit bien la mer !!! Sans oublier une odeur d’humidité insoutenable… bref nous demandons à changer, 60 euros de supplément par nuit pour un upgrade, scandaleux de prendre ainsi les gens en otage, quel autre choix avions nous devant le fait accompli ??? Bref passez vite votre chemin, arnaque …

Schöne einlade Atmosphäre mit sehr vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten um zu plaudern oder ein Drink zu geniessen Das Zimmer was sehr sauber Sauber mit einer sensationellen Aussicht.
Das Personal freundlich und die Besitzer waren zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Feines Nachtessen und
grosses Frühstücksbüffet mit viel Auswahl.

Le personnel en général est très sympatique .
Le directeur prend le temps de venir voir si les clients sont satisfait et s’ils ne manque de rien . Je trouve cela très important.
La piscine est propre, de nombreux parasols et transat de qualité.
L’hôtel en lui même est très propre, une odeur très agréable .
Le personnel du restaurant est génial, souriant, accueillant, surtout avec les enfants.
Le apprentis et stagiaires font du très bon travail, que se soit le matin pour les oeufs et gaufre, ou le soir pour le poisson et les pâtes.
Ils sont géniaux.
Les serveurs toujours souriant.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié, il y a beaucoup de choix, en viennoiseries, pains, fruits, boisson, sucré -salé. Il y en a pour tout les goûts.

Seul bémol, je trouve que l’entrée pour la demi pension, n’est pas assez diversifié.
Il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix, idem pour les desserts.
Il n’y a ni fruits, ni glace. C’est dommage.

L’hôtel est situé en hauteur, une vue magnifique .
Nous etions face à la mer. C’était époustouflant.

Il y a 2enseignes pour faire des petites courses à 2min à pieds . Juste parfait.
Il faut marcher pour aller au centre ville. Une belle descente , et une belle remontée pour le coup. Mais faisable à pieds.

Il faudrait revoir par contre les salles de bains. La baignoire pas top, surtout quand il y a de la moisissure sur les parois….

Il y a des places de stationnement juste devant l’hôtel , le long de le route.

Je recommande pour tout le reste.

L'hotel Palau est très bien placé, avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie et l'ile de la Maddalena, sur les hauteurs de la ville portuaire, mais proche malgré tout du centre.

Les chambres sont confortables et modernes, même si un peu petites.
Le service est bon, le personnel agréable et disponible.
L'ensemble est très bien entretenu et propre.

Ce fut un excellent séjour, malgré des voisins extrêmement bruyants...

wunderbare lage. sauber und professionell geführtes hotel. sehr reiche buffets am frühstück und abendessen. sehr freundliches und qualifiziertes personal.
strandservices exzellent, wunderbare ausflugsmöglichkeiten (auch auf See) direkt im Hotel buchbar. man fühlt sich wohl.

Eines der schlimmsten Hotels in dem wir jemals waren. Deutsche Gäste werden dort wie störende Fremdkörper behandelt. Zimmer teilweise zum Hinterhof raus und in katastrophalem unrenoviertem Zustand. Frühstück um 7.30 Uhr und Abendessen um 20.15 Uhr ( fest zugewiesene Zeiten ) in einem ungastlichen Speisesaal. Tische mit 8-10 fremden Personen zusammengestellt. Kein Individualurlaub möglich. Wer 5 Minuten zu früh kommt wird wieder aus dem Saal verwiesen. Fünf Stunden Wartezeit bis zum Einchecken. Man durfte keine außerhäusigen Speisen und Getränke mit ins Zimmer nehmen und sollte die kostenpflichtige Minibar nutzen. Hoteleigener Strand entpuppte sich als völlig leer und unbewirtschaftet. Keine Liegestühle und Schirme vorhanden wie auf der Homepage vorgegaukelt. Hatten über Reisen-Aktuell gebucht, nie wieder. Keine örtliche Reiseleitung vor Ort, die hätte Abhilfe schaffen können. Telefonische Mängelrüge beim Reiseveranstalter am zweiten Tag ohne Erfolg. Man wolle sich nicht beim Hotel melden, da zu befürchten sei, dass alles noch viel schlimmer werde. Eine Kompensation wurde angeboten in Form eines Reisegutscheins von 50,00 €, einzulösen bei einer anderen gebuchten Reise über 1.000,00 €!!!!!!!!!!! Alles in allem ein schlechter Witz.

Tolles Ambiente, schöne Lage, super Service. Es gab hier einfach nichts auszusetzen. Die Speisen, Getränke einmalig, Das Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer in toller Lage direkt vor dem Pool, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Hotel Palau ist ein Übernachtungshotel für Reisegruppen.Dementsprechend laut geht es morgens und abends im Restaurant zu.Focus der Kellner liegt also bei diesen Gästen,andere müssen warten.Frühstück entspricht der Norm,Abendessen hatte für mich 2Sterne Niveau.
Sonst ein hübsches, kleines,gemütliches Hotel.Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Man ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.Wunderschöne Aussicht und Panorama.

Myself and two friends stayed here in September, 2022. We each had a double room on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Very pleasant, rooms cleaned and beds changed daily. My two friends could hear people above and next door flushing the loo and walking above but I assume that’s to be expected to a point. Maintenance were prompt to fix anything which went wrong in the room and all staff were very reactive and friendly. The breakfast is a buffet with a large choice including hot egg dishes made to order. We had two fantastic waiters - shout out to Massimo who was very good but maybe got into trouble for talking to us too much. We appreciated it as he gave us pointers as where to go in the surrounding area. Giuseppe was also very nice and helpful.. The walk to town is not far but down quite steep hills so maybe not ideal for people with babies in buggies or people with walking issues. Ideally, unless in a party, you need a car here to explore other areas and beaches.
In summary, a good location, nice hotel and very reasonably priced.

Attractive hotel, not too big not too small. We booked this hotel because website says all rooms have either a balcony or outside space, however we were given a room with no external space, we asked if we could move but told no other rooms available, (not sure a lot of effort was put in to move us). The room given was nice and probably considered a better room than the standard room so we accepted we were going to stay there, only the outside space was missing. We tried to book restaurant when we arrived but was fully booked, we asked about following and told we couldn't book until next morning, we subsequently found plenty of eateries in the town so ended up never eating in hotel apart from breakfast. Breakfast was very good selections and omelettes excellent. We weren't keen on the need to pay for a sunbed by the pool, we would only ever spend maybe an hour having a swim and even less lying on a bed so to need to pay 20 euros a day was a bit greedy, we never bothered. Staff were very good and friendly, in particular Luciano at the bar. Location was great for us, but it is at the top of quite a steep hill if not such s good walker.

We were amazed by the service provided by all the staff at the hotel. The restaurant has exceeded our expectations given we had dinner included and just expected the basic. You could see how much care and attention they poured into every evening. It made us feel on a real resort. Breakfast was also incredible with cooked eggs, crepe, waffle, bacon etc for you. Buffet also available with staples. Housekeeping tidied our room beautifully every day and we stayed for a whole week. Not sure if this is the level throughout the year but if you go on high season you won't be disappointed. Good shower and bed quality too.There was also a great shuttle service included to the beach and port which was handy as we didn't have a car. We would definitely go back!

Es un hotel con instalaciones como para pasar una corta estadía. Es modesto pero limpio y ubicado a corta distancia del centro del pueblo y del puerto. El estacionamiento es libre en lugar público en la calle. Está bien si no se tienen demasiadas pretensiones. El precio está acorde con el nivel del hotel.

Quedamos enamorados de este hotel. Tranquilo,bonito, personal muy amable.Instalaciones muy bien! Muy cerca del mar y se puede ir andando por un paseo junto al mar. Volveremos seguro, lo recomiendo para escapada relax

La habitación buena. Limpia. La piscina bien y todo el personal muy amable. Al estar un poco al interior se requiere coche para visitar los lugares de interés. Playas bonitas relativamente cerca (no fuimos a la del hotel que está a 1 km de distancia). Muy bonito el sitio del desayuno con vistas espectaculares.

tiene unas vistas imprexionantes del puerto y la isla de la magdalena que puedes difrutar mientras desayunas o cenas .las cenas servidas en mesa con un menu exquisito .lel personal muy agradable .lo recomiendo .

Hotel muy bonito y acogedor. Ideal para descansar y muy cerca de muchos sitios de interés. El personal muy atento. Desayunos variados y cenas exquisitas. Volvería sin dudarlo. Gracias por estos días. Sres Rodríguez.
